There are countless ways to help.

And while volunteering is a big ask, it is also a big privilege and it is very rewarding. Our volunteers work together to offer our families a special experience that gets them out of the house, the kids away from screens and active throughout the Montreal winter. 

Coaching, managing a team, helping the board, it is a contagious energy and the kids pick up on it too: as players get older, they start to give back and help the younger teams.
